There is always a detailed analysis of the gearbox elements at the beginning of a maintenance session. Only when the cause of the defect can clearly be determined, can the gearbox be repaired in a manner that guarantees a perfect performance and a long lifespan. 

BRAUER Maschinentechnik AG carries out damage analyses on your gearbox, determines the causes of the damage and then takes measures to repair and / or improve the gearbox. Here is a detailed breakdown of the damages check:

If you authorise us to carry out repairs, we will refubish the gearbox elements that can still be used, and replace the other non-reusable elements. As result of the damage analysis and the following repair you will receive a gearbox, which is as good as new with regards to functionality. Naturally, your gearbox will undergo universal tests, and we will carry out test runs based around how a new gearbox functions.
