We value our employees as a key source of success. A mixed-age workforce has characterized our medium-sized mechanical engineering company since 1979. With 50 employees, we cover a wide range of expertise in the fields of mechanical engineering, industrial mechanics, technical product design, construction and administration.
Our team of engineers, technicians, industrial foremen, industrial mechanics and other specialists ensures high-quality repairs and customized industrial gearboxes. Their high level of motivation, identification with our guiding principles and loyalty to our company ensure market-driven results and long-lasting partnerships.

There are numerous fields of work in the area of mechanical engineering and industrial mechanics at our company. Among others, master mechanical engineers and industrial mechanics work in a wide variety of functions, as well as locksmith assistants in our halls. The main tasks here involve the processing of various industrial gears from all manufacturers. Assembly work at the customer's site is also part of this area of responsibility.
The field of technical product design and construction includes other comprehensive areas of work within our company. Design engineers, engineers, technicians, and technical product designers work in this field in our workshops and offices. Here, too, the main tasks involve processing a wide variety of industrial gearboxes from all manufacturers.
The administration department also covers a wide range of areas. It includes industrial clerks, accountants, IT administrators, and other employees. The industrial clerks' responsibilities range from purchasing and sales to scheduling. Payroll and financial accounting as well as the preparation of the annual financial statements are also carried out in-house. The IT department handles tasks such as the administration of Windows systems, network work, SQL servers and VBA programming.
In summary, we can say that we have numerous engineers and technicians, as well as industrial mechanics and experienced specialists, who have undergone further training and are employed as such.
Our workforce is well mixed in terms of age and has mostly been trained within the company. In addition to the standardized training content for the respective job profiles, we provide in-house specific training and further education, as well as strategic development of specialist knowledge.

Education
We provide training. For years, our company has been promoting training in the fields of industrial mechanics, technical product design and industrial/office administration.
Our employees receive targeted further training and qualifications to meet specific requirements.
Broad-based training, targeted promotion of aptitudes and early integration into working groups ensure that we have a qualified young talent and that you have a safe job.
In January 2021, we received the IHK Career with Apprenticeship - The Best certificate.
